Alexandria Jones and Victor Galaz from Barwon Community Legal Service appeared on the program for the monthly ‘Without Prejudice’ segment. This month’s segment covers the major topic of employment law in the wake of recent examples in the last few weeks of some big name employers being found by the Fair Work Ombudsman to be underpaying their employees. They are currently running a project focusing on the employment rights of working holiday makers, commonly known as backpackers.
