Hour 1:
Rarely do we find ourselves with an in-studio guest, but tonight we are in luck! Michael McDearman has been on this show before but this is his first time coming in to the studio and sitting in for an entire show. We will get some background on him, how he started with the Sam’s Club Tour (American Grillmaster Experience), Get Fired Up Foods and get some great cooking tips from someone who is doing it each weekend across the country.
In the 3rd segment I will be joined by the pitmaster of the team who won the Sam’s Club Regional this past weekend in Rockford, IL., Richard Parker of The BBQ Superstore competition team. Rich will recap the weekend and look ahead to the finals in Bentonville this coming October!
Hour 2:
In the second hour we will go a little BBQ Pitmasters TV talk. Jack Waiboer from Common Interest BBQ (Co-Host of Grate TV) joins us to recap his time on the show a few weeks ago (Michael was Jack’s Sous Chef on the show) and give us an inside look at what really happens.
Jack will stay on through the break and talk about some hot topics in BBQ that are currently being thrown around and give is some BBQ tips to help keep your BBQ/Grilling game at the highest level.
