For this week's show we featured guest Shekeyna Black announcing the Raise the Roof Festival and Fundraiser on this Saturday, August 13th, at the Monte Rio Amphitheater from noon to 8 pm for the Peace & Justice Center's new roof. Elaine and Ken will be going and hope to see you there! Our second guest was Debbie MacKay sharing some history of the League of Women Voters, notice of upcoming forums, and valuable links dealing with voting issues and getting out the vote. Unfortunately there is no recording this week due to equipment failure. It was broadcast on Monday at 11 AM over Radio KBBF, but there is no repeat of the show.
