In the first hour of our podcast Leslie is going to be discussing the planetary changes in store for us expected in early August.  Mercury turns direct July 31 however it will not begin its forward movement until August 3rd.  This is called the stationary direct period and during these few days we can experience more glitches, breakdowns, and delays. Projects we are working on can change once again so be prepared!

In the second half of the podcast tonight Rosie is going to talk about toxic stress.  If you are facing a daunting amount of stress in your life you must face the fact you have to make some changes if you are going to survive.   However, in order to make a deep long-term change in the patterns you have created in your subconscious mind which include, ideas, perceptions, worldviews, customs, and beliefs – you must change the paradigms you have been relying on.
