The podcast sees Benedict (August Radio Project) discussing life, music career, songwriting, his history and even playing a few of his tunes.

In this episode, August Radio Project talks about his recent trip to Brighton and how magical of a place it is. He also goes through the song 'A Note of Advice' which is a song written about mental health. Mental Health awareness has come on leaps and bounds since the song was written in 2013 but there's still a long way to go and the message 'it's alright not to be alright' is one worth preaching.
