During the interview, Dr. Bryant discusses her background, her drivers, defines plurilingual, explains what makes AUHSD a destination district for plurilingual students,  describes how plurilingualism is connected to the goals of AUHSD's Career Preparedness Systems Framework (CPSF), and emphasizes the importance of student voice and purpose, especially for plurilingual students.
