The atmospheric, healing and uplifting eighth track from "The Goddess Within".

Composed, performed, recorded, mixed and produced by Ch'Lu in her home studio, "The Goddess Within" album is a fusion of binaural field-recordings, hypnotic Sanskrit vocals, classical guitar arpeggiation and electronic soundscapes. Using the ancient Sanskrit texts of the Mandukya Upanishads, which create the experience and journey of "Om", it is the ultimate Sound Medicine.

“Aum and Silence” is the eighth verse, which is the experience of the three

sounds A-U-M (ah, ou, mm) and the three letters A, U, M being

identical with the three states of waking, dreaming, and

sleeping. And that the fourth state, Turiya is to be realized

only in the silence behind or beyond the other three.
