This week's Guest! No other than Kristen McKay of Prison Richard! In September 2021 Kristen participated in the first official Southern Manitoba Tour with The Manitoba Arts Network. This was a 9 stop tour with Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities across Southern Manitoba.
Kristen is currently recording her second single with Studio 23 in St Annes Manitoba with Producer Jody Hunter. This 2nd Single is called Black As Night and was written as a tribute to those struggling with addictions. Set to be released Jan 2022.
Much more live performances coming as well as a single release Ribbon Skirt Gala to follow in early next year to celebrate the release of Black as Night.
