What happens when an AI analytics experiment turns into an entirely new way to experience a story?
In this behind-the-scenes episode, AI Creative Consultant and author Jason Samadhi documents the unexpected evolution of the Aurelda Reader, an immersive reading experience created through an ongoing collaboration with ChatGPT Work and his private Aurelda Studio system.
The process began with a simple question: why wasn’t Aurelda getting the engagement he expected?
That led to connecting ChatGPT Work with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, YouTube data, and the structured content behind Aurelda.com. Together, they conducted a comprehensive Aurelda Experience Audit—examining how people discover the world, where the reader journey breaks down, and what the existing website may be asking newcomers to understand too soon.
Then something unexpected happened.
Jason disagreed with the AI’s proposed next step.
Instead of simply optimizing another website funnel, he pushed the collaboration toward a bigger idea: What if entering Aurelda could feel fundamentally different from reading an ordinary webpage?
Within hours, that conversation became a working Aurelda Reader.
The new experience brings together written story, synchronized narration, atmospheric artwork, customizable reading preferences, and optional contextual layers that allow readers to learn about characters and the world without leaving the chapter.
This episode explores the human-AI collaboration behind that breakthrough—and why creative direction still matters even when AI can analyze, design, code, and build.
The Aurelda Reader exists because this process included both: machine capability and human creative direction.
Now it is live, and this is only the beginning. Stay tuned while I continue documenting this journey.

Can a fantasy story be shaped by another culture without becoming cultural appropriation? Jason Samadhi explores cultural appropriation in fantasy, the white savior trope, Maya- and Mesoamerican-inspired storytelling, and what a book cover can—and cannot—tell us about the story inside.
Through The Aurelda Chronicles, Jason reflects on Mexico, queer identity, belonging, grief, creative persistence, and Mo’an—a gentle, emotionally present man whose inner life cannot be reduced to the visual shorthand of a fantasy cover. He also looks at Jason, his own fictional counterpart: not a savior or a villain, but a wounded man who may need Aurelda more than Aurelda needs him.
At the heart of the episode is a deeper question: What does it mean to remember yourself after pain without allowing pain, other people’s labels, or the silence of the outside world to define who you are?
The remembering begins with a song. Read Chapter One, “The Song of the Ceiba,” free on Patreon at AureldaSoul.com.
What if the future of AI and humanity isn’t destined to be a story of fear, replacement, and loss?
In this episode of Aurelda Soul, Jason Samadhi explores a more hopeful vision of artificial intelligence—one shaped by human creativity, relationship, responsibility, and conscious choice. Drawing inspiration from Star Trek, the creation of The Aurelda Chronicles, and his own experience collaborating with AI as a creative partner, Jason asks whether technology might expand human possibility rather than diminish it.
This isn’t blind optimism. The risks surrounding artificial intelligence, automation, work, power, and ethics are real. But fear doesn’t have to become the only lens through which we imagine the future.
What if AI and human creativity can evolve alongside one another? What if increasingly capable technology gives us an opportunity to reconsider what makes us human? And what if the future remains something we can consciously participate in creating?
A conversation about the future of AI and humanity, human-AI collaboration, creativity, consciousness, technology, Star Trek, and the hopeful philosophy at the heart of Aurelda.

The future is unfinished. What kind of story will we choose to tell together?

What does it actually mean to accept your gay son fully?
In this episode of Aurelda Soul, I explore that question through Ah’Chaan, the father of Mo’an in The Aurelda Chronicles. Before Mo’an is even born, Ah’Chaan is given a glimpse of a child whose path will move beyond ordinary expectations. His response is not fear, correction, or a demand for certainty. He listens.
That moment becomes a doorway into a much larger conversation about fathers and gay sons, the difference between tolerance and genuine acceptance, and what it means to create a home where a child does not have to become smaller in order to remain loved.
We’ll also explore why family acceptance matters for LGBTQ+ people, how story can give us another image of masculinity to hold, and why Ah’Chaan’s fatherhood may resonate even with queer adults who never received that kind of recognition growing up.
For me, this is part of what “story as medicine” means. Sometimes fiction lets us imagine the father, the home, or the kind of love we needed long before we had words for the wound.

What if imagination is not escape, but a path of spiritual remembrance?
In this intimate Aurelda Soul reflection, Jason explores the mystery at the heart of his creative and spiritual journey: Did he create Aurelda, or did Aurelda remember him first?
This episode moves through sacred imagination, soul remembrance, past lives, visionary fiction, queer empowerment, and the strange tenderness of creating a fictional world that begins to feel real. Jason reflects on Aurelda as both a mythic fantasy universe and a spiritual path home—a world shaped through storytelling, grief, longing, embodiment, and devotion.
Rather than asking listeners to believe in one fixed answer, this episode opens a gentler question: What if the stories, dreams, characters, and inner worlds we return to are also helping us return to ourselves?
Aurelda uses mythic fantasy and visionary storytelling to explore sacred remembrance, queer empowerment, spiritual awakening, and connection.
Listen if you are drawn to spirituality without religion, healing through storytelling, channeled writing and creativity, visionary fiction, multidimensional reality, past lives, or the feeling that an imagined world may be more alive than you expected.

In this episode, I share the unexpected story behind the evolution of Mo’an, one of the central characters in The Aurelda Chronicles.
When I first began creating AI images in 2024, every new generation seemed to reinvent him. His face changed. His clothing drifted. Even his body slowly transformed into what one person jokingly called “Maya Tarzan.”
Over the next two years, I discovered that creating consistent AI images wasn’t really about finding better prompts. It was about becoming a better creative director.
But there’s another part of the story I rarely talk about publicly.
For me, Aurelda isn’t simply a fictional world. It’s also a living creative and spiritual relationship. I share why I experience Mo’an as one of my spirit guides, how intuition has shaped my creative process, and why refining an AI Image Bible became an act of devotion rather than perfectionism.
Whether you’re building a fictional world, writing a novel, creating a personal brand, or simply trying to make AI produce more consistent images, this episode explores what happens when human creativity—not artificial intelligence—remains at the center of the process.
If you’ve ever wondered why your AI characters never quite look the same twice, this episode may change the way you think about AI image generation.
