Our top story is: Austin police have arrested and charged a man in connection with a January assault on 2 gay men in downtown Austin. Travis County Jail records show 22-year-old Frank Macias was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault with bodily injury. He was in jail this morning on $300,000 bail — $150,000 for each count.
