Music industry giant Live Nation has acquired a majority stake in Austin-based concert promoter and festival producer ScoreMore Shows, organizers announced today. Sascha Stone Guttfreund and Claire Bogle co-founded ScoreMore in 2010, when Stone was a sophomore at the University of Texas. Today, the company produces about 200 shows a year, primarily in the southern U.S.
