State district Judge David Wahlberg today ruled to exclude most of the DNA evidence prosecutors planned to use in court to against murder suspect Meechaiel [Mike-ul] Criner. Criner is charged with murder in the April 2016 slaying of University of Texas student Haruka Weiser.
