Our top story is: Texas health officials confirmed today that they are tracking 3 cases of the West Nile virus, including 1 in Travis County. The Texas Department of State Health Services said 2 cases of a less severe illness related to the virus, called West Nile fever, also have been reported: 1 in Travis County and 1 in Galveston County.
