Our top story is: A wildfire stretching across 500 acres in Burnet County near Inks Lake State Park is 50 percent contained, officials with the Texas A&M Forest Service said this afternoon. Around 11 p.m. yesterday, the Burnet County sheriff’s office had reported the fire was only 5 percent contained.
