Austin Smith – running his legs off on a hockey pitch

We are talking a less traditional running approach on Old Mutual Live Running today, as Brad Brown catches up with South African men’s hockey captain, Austin Smith. While the team sadly missed out on Rio selection, he is personally preparing for an other club season in the Netherlands; and doing the hard yards as Team SA works towards the World Cup and Commonwealth Games in the next two years.
