In Episode 3 of this series, we will focus on receiving love.
How often do you feel closed off from love? Are you open to receiving love from those around you? Are you open to receiving love from your parents? Are you open to receiving love from your siblings? Are you open to receiving love from your partner or your spouse? Are you open to receiving love from your extended family? Are you open to receiving love from your friends? Are you open to receiving love from your acquaintances? Are you open to receiving love from your colleagues? Are you open to receiving love from your neighbours? Are you open to receiving love from people you’ve never met? Are you open to receiving love from yourself?
What are your love boundaries? Why do they exist? Do you feel the need to protect yourself? Do you feel vulnerable? What is the impact of not being able to receive love? How does it impact your ability to radiate love?
To receive love, you must first let go. Let go of judgment. Let go of envy. Let go of anger. Let go of resentment. Let go of guilt. Let go of regret. Let go of the feeling that you’re not worthy of love.
Going forward, you may still feel these emotions, but do not hold on to them. Let these emotions pass through you. They do not belong within you. They do not define you. Give yourself permission to release these emotions so you are free to receive love.
A bounty of love surrounds you, waiting for you to be open enough to receive it freely. See love all around you. Love is kindness. Love is compassion. Love is forgiveness. Love is acceptance.
You are deserving of kindness. You are deserving of compassion. You are deserving of forgiveness. You are deserving of acceptance. You are deserving of love. Leave yourself open to receive love.
The love flowing freely towards you from those around you. Leave yourself open to receive love from your parents. Leave yourself open to receive love from your siblings. Leave yourself open to receive love from your partner or your spouse. Leave yourself open to receive love from your extended family. Leave yourself open to receive love from your friends. Leave yourself open to receive love from your acquaintances. Leave yourself open to receive love from your colleagues. Leave yourself open to receive love from your neighbours. Leave yourself open to receive love from people you’ve never met. Leave yourself open to receive love from yourself.
Love is kindness. Love is compassion. Love is forgiveness. Love is acceptance. See love all around you. You are free to receive love as you were meant to. Give yourself permission to receive love.
