Rahab’s faith compelled her to protect the Israelite spies, demonstrating her belief that their God was the true and living God. In both cases, faith led to action, proving it was real.

Dr. Lutz addressed a common misconception: Is James saying that works are necessary for justification? Not at all. James isn’t contradicting Paul’s message that salvation is by faith alone.
