It’s important to maintain a conscious effort to always be mindful of where our energy is going. While in a “scarcity mindset” energies become foggy and in order to shift your perspective out of that you must be able to utilize an attitude of gratitude. 

Let yourself feel in this moment, be aware of this moment, be the Scientist and understand ‘why’ it happened. Understand ‘what’ the trigger was. Understand ‘how’ to get yourself out of this feeling.
