We learn from Winnie the Pooh today as we learn to live in each moment we are given. One of the greatest gifts we can give to someone else is being present for them. We get distracted easily by time or our technology, but most often in our own heads. We get caught up thinking about the past or what the future may bring. We need to take away barriers and live in the moment.
