Authenticity and culture in an organization is an important issue to address. Leaders must create an environment in which employees can be themselves without fear of judgment or retribution. 

This can be achieved by providing clear expectations and guidelines and demonstrating tolerance and inclusivity. Additionally, rewarding innovative employees and calling out inappropriate behavior should be encouraged to create a healthy, positive environment.
