Author (and mother of four children under age 10!) Kara Kae James joins the program to share about her new book, “Mom Up—Thriving With Grace In The Chaos of Motherhood.” Themes of intentionality, community, rest (in the Lord), and embracing the chaos are all in play, as are stories from flying sippy cups of apple juice to taking time to read the most important book of them all, the Bible.

Speaking of chaos, if you ever thought running the vacuum & straightening the house to get ready for company was a challenge, Phil Laws—Vice President of Operations for Comcast-Spectacor—explains what it's like preparing for 17,000 Flyers or Sixers fans (including when both teams play at home on the same day!). Phil also gives a “tour” of some of the major upgrades that the Wells Fargo Center has undergone thus far as part of the three-year, $250 million renovation project.
