Dr. Anisha Abraham grew up in the U S as the daughter of South Asian immigrants. She studied at Boston university and completed her pediatric residency at Walter Reed hospital followed, a fellowship in Adolescent Medicine at Children's National Medical center in DC and a master's in Public Health at George Washington University.  She also earned the rank of US Army Lieutenant Colonel and has worked in universities around the world.
