Bill welcomes novelist and slam poet Karen Finneyfrock to the show. Karen was influential during slam-poetry's infancy. She has since been short-listed for the Stranger genius award, and was named Seattle Magazine's "Queen of the Spoken

Word." Karen has now aimed her considerable talents toward the world of books, with her young adult novel Starbird Murphy and the World Outside. This should be a good one. Don't miss it!
