Bonnie Friedman spent years balancing her career in communications while raising her children and periodically taking over as an advocate and caregiver for her husband Bob. Hospitalized 14 times over a 24 year period - often with very serious and sometimes life-threatening illnesses, Bonnie's hard-won knowledge kept growing with every passing episode. With her husband now doing well, Bonnie has turned her experience into a new calling. She is blogging, writing and speaking about the importance of hospital advocacy.
