Autism, ADHD and a New Year

Trying to master High-Functioning Autistic Savant syndrome. Diagnosed at 41 years of age means that I have 4 decades of lived experience on the spectrum without knowing that I was on the spectrum. 

I am sharing my personal story as well as some evergreen content on mental health matters. Who knows, maybe it means something to someone :)

I am relieved that I now know what the missing puzzle piece was all those years, and I am glad that I have an opportunity to experience my rare and unique neurodivergent mind.
