Autism and Journalism

I get frustrated with shallow articles and videos with tips like "Drink more water!" I look for experts in various health, fitness, mental health, or sports topics, and use my knowledge and research to get a deeper level of understanding on the topic the expert knows. I shoot for 30-60 minute conversations, can be over zoom or in person.

My background includes personal training, MMA, physical therapy, mental health/psychology research mostly focused on autism, as well as 4 years in journalism.
