The Chinese market has become so important for Germany's premium carmakers that they are designing models tailored to it. They have been on show at the Auto China.

Audi's electric A6L e-tron is also longer. VW is presenting its two new models, the Magotan and the Phideon, built in and developed for China. Of course Chinese drivers like sports cars, too, so Porsche is on hand with its new 718 Cayman .
