You don't see a lot of new sedans on the road nowadays but Nissan (and maybe Toyota and Honda) keeps pumping them out in the form of the Sentra.

The 2025 model comes in three variants and I recently spent a week in the top-of-the-line SR. With a starting price of $25,000, this is definitely one to consider for cost conscious buyers.
