These self-operating stores, using AI and sensors, will allow residents to buy snacks, drinks, and household items without human interaction. The technology tracks purchases, and residents pay via credit/debit card or mobile wallet upon exiting. This collaboration aims to enhance the resident experience and provide a competitive amenity for apartment developers, ultimately increasing occupancy and retention.
