Then, it’s time for the Midwest Guest Co-host of the week, Karen Mittelstadt! (5:49)! They answer listener questions about gas station restroom and coffee shop/donut shop etiquette.  They also name their Top 5 (or 20) Midwestern Destinations, they continue the cabin/cottage debate, and they learn that they could never take a road trip together. Next, Steve Ozbolt (@EmrldCityCater on Twitter), owner of Emerald City Catering and Events joins them from Milwaukee as this week’s Guest Expert (49:38)! They talk about his Midwestern roots, he provides tips for cooking for a large group, shares a favorite recipe, how to properly eat a hot dog, how to start and extinguish fires, and much more!
