This five-card spread forms a gentle “V” shape, mirroring falling leaves. Each position guides you through a process of release, reflection, and renewal:

1. A past experience or memory you’re ready to let go of - Nine of Swords (Reversed) Overthinking and mental tension are ready to be released. It’s time to get out of your head and into your body.
2. A behavior to retire - Death (Upright) Transformation requires letting go of old patterns. Endings make room for the new, just as trees shed their leaves.
3. A seed for something new - Three of Pentacles Collaboration and community hold the key to your next chapter. Growth happens through shared vision and teamwork.
4. A way to care for yourself and stay cozy - Eight of Cups Release what’s draining your energy. Rest, solitude, and gentle rituals help you reset and make space for joy.
