Welcome to the Southern Rogue Podcast. I love real estate, and I love renovations. This episode combines both of those and more. Autumn is a Nashville native who moved to Columbia a few years ago with her husband and two girls. They purchased one of the historic homes in the downtown district that had lots of character, but needed a lot of improvement. Autumn decided to start a blog and Instagram account to document the renovation journey. I loved talking with Autumn about the challenges of renovating a home with two small children while balancing life as an artist and a mom.
