We watched a lot of real good videos sent in,all with different styles of skating,filming and editing. But one stood out amongst the crowd,Brian Price raw,barely edited video. Although living in the skate haven of Long Beach,CA,Brian rarely skates a spot you've seen,and puts together lines that seem more like a video game than reality. From tech to gnar,Price skates it all. We crown Brian Price champion of the AV Awards for Best Part,while also welcoming him to the flow team,where we hope to see his skating flourish to greater and mystic heights.

It's a rare thing these days, in the age of the internet and all, when you can honestly say an amateur skater paid his dues to earn what he's got, but for Nick Garcia, there's nothing truer than that. Skating his ass off, and getting noticed the old fashioned way. "The harder you work the luckier you get" and with that said, we are proud to introduce Element's newest pro, Nick Garcia.

While following Amateurus for Future Nature, we ended up in the jewel of the equator, Costa Rica. We trailed the pod from the sunken seas to the highest mountain tops, surrounded by a volcanic skyline.
