It's the first week of Advent! As we light the first candle on the Advent Wreath, we look at the story of Zechariah and Elizabeth and how they experienced hope in the midst of lifelong disappointment.

Pastor Steve looks at Luke 17:11-19 as we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving. Within the text there is the encouragement to look for gratitude in unexpected places, and a warning not to give into the temptation to be jaded or cynical during this season of thanks.

On this Christ the King Sunda, Pastor Neyda points us to the greatest of Jesus and reminds us that Jesus should be first in our life and praise.

In John 14, Jesus teaches that the disciples will do "greater things" than he did. How often do we pass over the greater things God has for us in order to maintain the status quo in our lives. This morning, we want to consider the possibilities and dreams God has for us.

We continue in our series, Greater Than, by looking at the teaching of Jesus in Luke 12 when he is asked about a shared inheritance. Jesus challenges us to trust in God rather than pursue comfort and security.

This morning we are honoring and remembering the saints who have gone before us as we listen to the ways their lives lead us to deeper faith in Jesus and hope in God.

This morning we begin a new series entitled GREATER THAN where we will be looking at how the Church is a WE MOVEMENT rather than a ME MOVEMENT. The Spirit has empowered all people to ministry. What dreams for the church is the Spirit giving you?

This morning, we conclude our series on the I AM statements of Jesus by looking at John 11:17-37 where Jesus says, "I am the resurrection and the life." While we have hope of resurrection, perhaps the resurrected life begins much sooner for those who put their faith in Jesus.

This week. we look at Jesus' statement that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and what that means for us today as we seek to live as Jesus' disciples.

In John 15, Jesus describes himself as the true vine and his followers are the branches. We look at what it means to live as people connected to Jesus and the kind of fruit that followers of Jesus will produce.
