The Green Bay Packers host the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, fresh off their Bye Week, as a heavy 14.5-point favorite. 

Meanwhile, the Bengals acquired quarterback Joe Flacco from the Cleveland Browns. After a rough stretch for interim starter Jake Browning, it's possible that Flacco could make his second start against the Packers this season. (He started the Week 3 game in Cleveland, which the Browns won.)
