  • Evil Admits to Horror--But Wait There Is An Excuse

When Does an Explanation Become an Excuse?

In this episode, I discuss the possible ramifications of a not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity verdict—or a jury unable to reach a verdict—in the Lindsay Clancy case.

My concern goes beyond this single prosecution. At what point does explaining why someone committed a horrific act begin to diminish personal responsibility for committing it?

Mental illness is real, and our legal system has long recognized that there are rare circumstances in which a person may be incapable of understanding the nature or wrongfulness of an act. But that standard should be extraordinarily high when innocent lives have been deliberately taken.

If we continually expand the circumstances that reduce criminal responsibility, where does the principle stop? Could a violent offender someday argue that hormones, compulsions, psychological disorders, trauma, medication, or some other biological condition made his behavior beyond his control? That may sound extreme, but it illustrates the question I want to examine: Where should society draw the line between understanding behavior and excusing it?

I have strong feelings about this case, but this episode isn't an argument against examining evidence or providing a legitimate defense. It is an argument for accountability.

Some acts are so consequential that society must send an equally clear message: explanations deserve to be heard, but they do not automatically erase responsibility.

  • Epic Nightmare-NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani.

    Epic Nightmare-NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has unveiled a $70 million government grocery-store experiment—because apparently City Hall believes running supermarkets is the next logical function of government. The plan calls for five publicly funded locations offering selected groceries at discounted prices while private operators handle the daily business.

In this episode, I explain why I believe this well-intentioned idea is destined to become an epic bureaucratic nightmare. What happens when taxpayer-subsidized stores compete against neighborhood grocers that must pay rent, taxes, insurance, and every other cost of doing business? And when the inevitable losses begin piling up, who pays the bill?

Spoiler alert: It won’t be the politicians who dreamed it up. Join me as we examine Mamdani’s grocery gamble, the economic reality behind it, and why government solutions so often create entirely new problems.

  • “BECAUSE HE IS A PIECE OF ____.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci spent years demanding that Americans trust him without question. But when he appeared before Congress on July 29, 2026, suddenly he had very little to say. Despite receiving a sweeping preemptive pardon from Joe Biden—reportedly signed by autopen—Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment more than 100 times. In this episode, I examine what lawmakers asked, what Fauci refused to answer, and why I believe his performance was cowardly, evasive, and deeply insulting to the American people. After years of mandates, lockdowns, ruined businesses, and disrupted lives, the man who demanded accountability from everyone else apparently wants none for himself. (AP, PBS)

  • Trump Was Right. Iran Can't Be Trusted

In this episode, I discuss why Iranian leadership cannot be trusted and why President Trump is right to push back after Iran’s actions in the Strait of Hormuz. A ceasefire only works when both sides are willing to honor it, and history has shown that the Iranian regime responds far more to strength than weakness. I also explain why I believe America must take threats from radical regimes seriously before they grow into something far more dangerous. This is not the time for naïve diplomacy, wishful thinking, or pretending hostile leadership can be reasoned with forever. Sometimes peace is only protected when strength is made clear. And yes, I hate to say “I told you so” — but I did.

  • Ugly Buildings, Bad Rulings & Road Rage: Common Sense Is Officially Missing

In this episode, I take on three completely different stories that all have one thing in common: common sense seems to be missing. First, I give my honest opinion on the Obama Library and why I think the building is flat-out ugly. Then I discuss the Supreme Court’s citizenship ruling and why I believe they got it completely wrong. Finally, I talk about road rage and a simple rule everyone should remember: never approach another vehicle in anger. In today’s world, that split-second decision can turn deadly. Architecture, law, and street-level survival — all in one episode.

  • World Cup. Real America. Real Impact

The FIFA World Cup is doing more than bringing soccer fans together — it is giving the world a firsthand look at the real United States of America. Visitors from Europe, Canada, Mexico, and every corner of the globe are discovering something many Americans already know: this country is filled with friendly people, incredible scenery, world-class cities, small-town charm, and a culture that is far more welcoming and interesting than the media often admits.

Across social media, videos are going viral from visitors who seem genuinely surprised by how beautiful, generous, and enjoyable America really is. For years, much of the world has been fed a negative picture of this country. Now, people are seeing the truth with their own eyes.

And that is a good thing — not just for America, but for the world. Sometimes reality is the best response to propaganda.

  • Media's Biden Cover-up Comes Home To Roost. MSM has Died And It Is By Suicide

The story of the century somehow got past the journalists of the main stream media. Ooopsy, we missed this one. Sorry about that folks but nothing to see here. Just accept our apology and keep believing everything we say. Jake Tapper, formerly of CNN, is cashing in with his book Original Sin and he will not be the last to tell the story of a feeble,

clueless President and will without hesitation throw Joe Biden and his family under the bus.

  • Kash Patel, Dan Bongino And The FBI Are Compromised

No other way to look at this mess. Kash and Dan want me to believe that Jeffrey Epstein commited suicide. They both just insulted my intelligence and are trying to convince me it's raining as they are pissing on my boots. The evidence is overwhelming that there was something beyond normal going on in the prison. Video feed cut, jailers falling asleep, and no proof of hanging. I am so disappointed in these two men. They blew all creditability they had with one interview. Amazing and sad.

  • Briefing 343—Super Bowl Culture Shift Was Massive. The Pendulum Has Begun To Swing Back To Sanity

The vibe is different than just 6 months ago. Things are beginning to change at every level. In 2018 football players were taking a knee to protest during the National Anthem. This Sunday during the Super Bowl football players, including black football players, were making it a point to go out on the field and shake the hand of the President of the United States. We have begun to shift both politically and culturally. I believe it is a movement that has begun with DJT and will continue no matter what. People are done with the “woke”and corrupt culture. I for one am thrilled and look forward to the Golden Age in America.

  • Briefing 342--Turns Out The Democrats Really Were Insane This Whole Time

Sometimes you need to go with your gut. My reactions in the last few years to the lunacy that is the Radical Left has been this must be an act. My gut told me they are truly clueless. But I made excuses and told myself they would right the ship. I couldn't have been more wrong. They are serious and despite one of the most decisive losses in American history at the polls they continue to double down with woke nonsense that a super majority of Americans do not want. The Democrat party is a Hindenburg/Titanic and they insist on rearranging deck chairs instead of heading to the life boats.
