Today I get to introduce a good friend of mine Steven Maddox. I have been working with Steven for years now selling real estate here in Utah, we first worked together when he was working a a loan officer for First Colony Mortgage and now he's one of the top salesmen for Edge Homes. Specifically, we work with a lot of first time investors who buy the new Edge Homes townhomes or condos as rentals. Edge Homes is the top builder in Utah and Steven is one of their top agents. Aside from real estate and investing Steven and I work out at the gym together and share interests in trucks, guns, hunting and fishing and the great outdoors. Most important to Steven is his family, he has a wife and two small children and loves spending time with them when he's not working.
