The holidays are a wonderful time of year! Full of lots of fun parties, events and Christmas parties. That being said, I know this use to be a very stressful time of year for me. I often felt very out of control with my eating. I use to struggle to maintain my weight and would often start January with a big cleanse, diet and restrictive eating and excessive cardio.
