Welcome to another episode of "We are ER" a podcast from the students at Greyhound Intermediate School in Eaton Rapids, MI.  This week 5th Graders Ava and Izzy from Mr. Brooks' homeroom will discuss ways we can avoid the end of the year grind by getting enough sleep and plenty of exercise.
