She holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, as well as Gerontology. Personally, Leigh came from a home of violence, drugs, alcohol and suicide. At 18 years old she was pregnant with her first child and in a very toxic relationship. At 24 years old, she had 3 children and decided she she needed to change her narrative.
