We need proper amounts of rest - but sleep is only good if you wake up. All too often we go through the day doing the same routine, same job, same activities and never really live. That is why the psalmist wrote, “Wake Up! Awake my Soul!” Don’t just go through the motions at home, work or school. Wake up - and live!
