This pandemic has brought sadness, depression, and desperation to most people. But we are now seeing the light, and a new dawn is breaking. So, as we continue to get ready for the new normal, let me share a conversation that I've had with Karen Falconer, CEO of The Association of NLP and editor of Rapport Magazine in England,  at the NLP Awards 2022. 

In this conversation, we discussed how NLP had awakened hope in the people's hearts. Instead of being downtrodden and hopeless, these people eradicated their limiting beliefs. They changed their perspectives and mindset to build their teams and be more committed to building results for their teams.
