Awakening Meditation Series | The Universe is a Mirror of Your Consciousness [3 of 40] www.drerin.tv Consiousciousness The Key Today’s practice is to begin to SEE LIFE AS A MIRROR! Begin to observe the possibility that all of life is the out-picturing and the co-incidence of your Individual Consciousness, Collective Consciousness, and Cosmic Consciousness. Focus on three things today and see the miracle of each experience; whether it is a lesson or a blessing. Begin to co-create with the Universe, and have fun playing this Divine game called life. Double-Slit Experiment: Setup: In the simplest version of the experiment, a beam of particles, such as electrons or photons (particles of light), is directed at a barrier with two closely spaced slits. This barrier is placed in front of a screen that can record where the particles land. Wave-like Behavior: When particles are fired at the barrier one at a time and no attempt is made to observe which slit they pass through, they behave like waves. Over time, an interference pattern emerges on the screen. This interference pattern resembles the pattern produced by two sets of waves interfering with each other, creating alternating bands of light and dark areas. Particle-like Behavior: When a measurement is made to determine which slit a particle passes through, the experiment takes on a different character. If a detector is placed at or near one of the slits to determine which slit the particle goes through, the interference pattern disappears. Instead, the particles behave as individual particles, creating a pattern on the screen that corresponds to the two slits. Wave-Particle Duality: The key takeaway from the double-slit experiment is that particles can exhibit both wave-like and particle-like properties depending on whether they are observed. This phenomenon is often described as wave-particle duality, which is a fundamental concept in quantum mechanics. Particles can exist in a superposition of states, behaving as both waves and particles until observed. Observer Effect: The observer effect is a concept from physics and philosophy that suggests that the act of observing a phenomenon can influence or alter the phenomenon itself. This concept has implications in various fields, including physics, psychology, and social sciences. Here's a brief overview of how the observer effect is understood in different contexts: Physics: In quantum mechanics, the observer effect is often discussed in the context of subatomic particles. According to the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics, the mere act of measuring or observing a particle's properties, such as its position or momentum, can change those properties. This has led to the famous thought experiment of Schrödinger's cat, where a cat in a sealed box can be considered both alive and dead until observed. Psychology: In psychology and social sciences, the observer effect refers to the idea that people's behavior can change when they are aware that they are being observed. For example, if participants in a psychological experiment know they are being watched, they may alter their behavior or responses, leading to skewed results. Sociology and Anthropology: Observers in the field of sociology and anthropology are often aware of the potential for their presence to influence the behavior of the people they are studying. This can lead to the "Hawthorne effect," where individuals modify their behavior because they know they are being observed. Technology: In the context of technology and data collection, the observer effect can refer to the idea that the act of measuring or collecting data can alter the behavior of systems or individuals. For example, when people know they are being monitored through surveillance cameras or online tracking, they may change their behavior to maintain privacy or avoid detection. General Philosophy: In a broader philosophical sense, the observer effect raises questions about the nature of reality and the role of consciousness in shaping our understanding of the world. It prompts discussions about the relationship between the observer and the observed and whether objective reality exists independently of observation.     Awakening Course: Free with book www.drerin.tv Find time to complete these tasks at the end of the day. Together we're awakening the world. (00:37): Hello, divine loves today's podcast is The Universe Is a mirror to your consciousness. Going to break on down some distinctions for you for the first 11 minutes, and then there is a guided meditation for the following 11 minutes. So let's just take a deep breath together in for the nose and suspending the breath at the top and exhaling out the mouth, taking a few deep breaths in and out as you're listening to this consciousness conversation today, I was at lunch with my mother and her brother and her brother's wife. And I was asking some questions about their childhood because my mom doesn't remember everything. And I knew for a majority of my life that my grandmother, my mom's mom was given up for adoption into a foster care when she was a young girl, I guess because her mother was very young, had got pregnant, very, very young. (01:39): But what I didn't know, and what I found out today was that my mother's father, basically her mother, his mother was a really advanced alcoholic and that her father never even met his potential father. So here I'm sitting here realizing this moment, the divine wounds of the mother, the maternal and the paternal of my mother's lineage. After lunch, I sat there with my mom and we were sitting in this beautiful sun, and I just was sending my mother so much love through my heart. And as I began to look at her more and more, she began to become more and more beautiful. Everything about her just radiated the miracle and the blessing that she is. And then I flashed back to a time when I would be judging my mother and how everything about her I didn't find attractive. Everything about her, she felt ugly to me. (02:48): And I realized through this power of consciousness, how our consciousness creates. In fact, we're such powerful creators that we're able to truly be able to create people into existence by how we view them and how we perceive them. An example of this would be imagine right now for a moment that you walk into a room. In fact, you walk into two different rooms and in one room you walk into the room where your best friend is and you walk in and you feel like you're standing tall. The best part of you comes out. Maybe it's a spunky part or maybe it's a really evolved self, or maybe it's just a fully present self. And then you walk into another room and it's people that don't necessarily like you, maybe even some family members that trigger you, right? And who do you turn into? Your shoulders get a little lower, you maybe have the worst parts of yourself come out. (03:49): And that's consciousness. We literally create ourselves into existence. And I say this because I come from a family that probably like majority of families, has lots of trauma, lots of abandonment, lots of wounds, maternal and paternal, and that we have the power to heal this, that we get to stand on the shoulders of the greats, and we have the divine wisdom to recognize and understand trauma now and the power of consciousness to transform it and transcend it. Through E four, we know we can quantum heal even in the multiverse level, and we're able to manifest exponentially compressing time space and knowing that we are our parents, we are our grandparents, we are all of creation that's ever been created. So the wounds are ours and the great wisdom is ours. So this brings me to the great distinction of the observer. The observer effect, right? (04:52): There's a very famous experiment. It's called the double slit Experiment, and i
