In Part 1 I cover my life from birth to age 30, at which point I confronted a life-altering situation that also accelerated my own awakening – a cancer diagnosis. So Part 1 examines the pivotal moments and experiences – the sparks and seeds – that over time painted an increasingly coherent picture of my life.
