WHAT IS THE AURA?

We are energy. And it is our frequency that creates an energetic field around us. This field around our physical body is known as the “aura.” The auric field generally radiates six to 18 inches around the physical body. To be able to see auras, we need to develop our ability to understand how energy feels in our bodies. Close your eyes, align your breath, and ask the colors to show themselves to you. As we achieve a state of relaxed awareness, softening our gaze, we allow the colors to come to us.
