In today's meditation we relax our body and mind and come down to a calmness where we can awaken our presence and center ourselves here and now. Being aware of our feelings and observing them with our presence. When we reach this mindful state I will then invite you to explore the connecting with your heart to center in loving awareness. This is a relaxing meditation so feel free to lay down if you want to in this practice.
