Life Deconstructed: Excavating the thoughts & beliefs that separate us from others investigates what is truly at the core of how we think, label, and judge ourselves and others.
In "Awareness," a book by Anthony De Mello, he writes, "What you are aware of you are in control of, what you are unaware of is in control of you."
Are we conscious in understanding our own belief systems? What shifts might occur in our own lives, with our families, and in society at large, if every individual sought to undergo a deep and thorough examination of their conditioned mind?
In this episode, I recall a recent event in which I watched unconsciousness unfold before me, which sparked a series of questions for myself around moments in my own life when I 'reacted' unconsciously.
