What's up Soul Tribe? Welcome back to this weeks episode, I've decided to start doing things a bit differently and use the podcast to also be a source of awareness for the things happening out in the world that we should be aware of.
In this episode we talk about the MMIW movement (Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women), the sterilization of women in Puerto Rico and 15 minute cities. We then go into talking about spirituality and connection.
As always I have included the weekly energy read which will play after the episode.
