As a leader are you aware of the people who report to you?

Do you have an employee who is detail oriented when it comes to his/her work? Do you give them sufficient time to submit their report? Or does the 5 Minute rule apply to everyone? Do you perhaps consider them slow and prefer someone who does work faster, because for them perfect is not the thing that rules their work?
