We move every day. We walk, run, exercise, dance (hopefully a lot!); we also do lots of movements that we don’t even notice! We sit for long hours, or slouch on the couch. And yet, our awareness of how we are moving and how the body feels, is very limited. So, what would happen, if we started to pay attention? How would our life be affected if we practiced conscious movement?
In this interview with Angela Ashley-Chiew, founder of ‘A Life in Flow’ in Melbourne, Australia, -Feldenkrais Method practitioner, life coach, Reiki healer and sacred circle facilitator- we talk all about how through the practice of Feldenkrais Method we can train our nervous system through movement, and thus create change in the experience of our day to day life, becoming more aware of our own body, allowing ourselves to rest, experiencing ease, letting go of tension and so much more!
